Scheduling can be challenging, especially with young children (trust me I know!). :) Plus, with our unpredictable weather, I get that flexibility is key. So, I do my best to give my clients their preferred time frame.
That said, if there is no preference with time frame, I do highly recommend early morning or an hour before sunset (golden hour) for your outdoor session as the light is the prettiest then. For indoor sessions, mid morning is often perfect with the warmest light.
Within 2-3 days I'll post a sneak peek on social media (so make sure you're following me), unless we've previously agreed for this to NOT happen. I do wish to respect my clients privacy.
All images from you session will be available for viewing and downloading within 2 weeks of your session date.
Your complimentary album will be delivered directly to your door within 3-4 weeks of your session date (this extra time is needed for design, printing and shipping).
50% of the session fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time and the remaining balance is due the week of your scheduled session.
WA State sales tax will be added to each session fee at time of invoicing.
Sessions will be rescheduled due to inclement weather and/or illness.

BOOK A FRESH48 SESSION
Birth is absolutely incredible and those first few days can seem like a blur. A birth space newborn session allows for those raw memories to be remembered forever.
Your session will take place in your birth space (hospital, home, or birth center) within 48 hours or before you are discharged.
Sessions usually last 45mins to an hour (I work fast so that I'm not intruding in this precious time with your new baby).
All images will be professionally edited in both color and black and white that are yours to keep and print from at your own discretion.
Images will be delivered via an online gallery from which you can view, share, and download.
And lastly, a complimentary 10x8 custom designed album will shipped directly to your door designed my me.

I'm a natural light lifestyle photographer. My work is joyous, true to life, and emotive with a hint of nostalgia and whimsy. I photograph families, newborns, maternity, and births. Posed images are not my jam as I love capturing the real, authentic and un-perfect moments. BUT I will offer gentle guidance when needed so that you won't feel nervous or uncomfortable in front of the camera.
It is absolutely no problem to reschedule. Sick kiddos are unhappy kiddos and it shows in the images. Rainy weather doesn't offer the best light either.
No, I typically don't pose as I believe babies are perfect as they are. I love babies in arms or just in their natural state. I also don't use props for the same reason but I do encourage you to have a white onsie and/or special blanket or wrap on hand.
It's never too early to book a session as I do tend to book out. :) The ideal time for a maternity session is between 32-39 weeks, but really, anytime that you feel comfortable will be ready is perfect.
For all sessions you'll receive a minimum of 75+ high resolution images. These will all be professionally edited in both color and black and white. And yes, they are yours to keep and print at your discretion.
I'll post a sneak peek on intagram with 2-3 days unless you've requested that I don't. You'll receive a link to your gallery within 2 weeks after our session date so you can view, share and download. And your complimentary album will be delivered directly to your door with 4 weeks .
Of course! It's a 10x8 beautifully designed flat lay album with a choice of lined covers. Photos are not meant to stay on hard drives so this is a fabulous keepsake from our time together.
I do! Typically twice a year and if you'd like to stay in the loop for those limited spots please join my email list as I announce them there. :)
Family and maternity sessions last up to 1 hour but they could be a little less or little more. :) Newborn sessions last up 1.5 hours as I follow baby's lead which will include feedings, diaper changes, etc. Fresh48 sessions last no more than 45mins as I work quickly and don't want to take too much of your recovery time. Birth sessions are all individual (please contact me for birth information).
